I would definitely recommend Rob West Plumbing. They did an excellent job figuring out what the problem was and replacing the sump pump. He suggested that I go with a less powerful sump pump than was put in by the builder since the type put in originally was for commercial, not residential builders. It was less expensive and is working fine. He was very friendly, prompt, helpful (even suggested a better plunger for my frequently clogging toilets!) and I will call them with my next plumbing problem!
