They answered the phone right away every time I called. Were professional. Told me the day before the project was to be done that they could not do the job till next week. Weather was a factor and there were saftey concerns with doing the job. I ended up finding a different roofer that did the job 2 days later. Job was completed one day behind schedule.

They were easy to talk to, knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me what needed to be done to fix my leaky roof. They charged me a little bit more than the initial quote but only after they came out a second time and showed me exactly what needed fixing. Overall I am happy with the whole experience.
