They were prompt and efficient, but I didn't really care for the practice of just coming out to repair the problem without an estimate. I mean, they quoted the rates but there was no way of knowing if it was a one hour, two, or six hour project. As it turned out, the amount of time was reasonable, but I wouldn't do a larger project without a better estimate of the cost. Too much of a gamble.

Came on time and did a careful good job planing several doors. I got a follow up phone call a day or two later, which was nice. $85/hr seems a little steep for a "handyman", but maybe not.
