The owner, Ziggy responded quite promptly, but he was unable to followup with the written documentation for the removal of the structure that I'd wanted demolished. I am of course cautious in contracting with someone, but my limited knowledge of the process and having received several other on site proposals, lets me know that his business is probably just overwhelmed with jobs at this time. I certainly appreciated his time and knowledge of the job at hand and explaining what would be needed. He was very professional and considerate in his visit, but I will have to get this job done at a later time.
