I found PC Medic's service to be professional and thorough. The cost equaled the estimate and they provide pickup and delivery service at no charge. I was informed of the problem and the cost before work commenced. Jerry went out of his way to deliver my pc in a timely manner and performed extra service I did not expect. I would not hesitate to recommend P'C Medic to anyone and would feel very comfortable using them again. There are so many PC services out there that it's very difficult to know who to call unless you know someone personally. I also appreciate the fact that Windy City Magic is out there to provide assistance.
