| Inital meeting and installation were good. Subsequently it turned into a bit of a frustrating situation. I waited almost 2 hours for them to show up at my home for a follow up visit. Overall I would still recommend them. They are professionals who care about their customers. |

| Prompt and professional. They held to their price even though once the job of replacing a water heater ran into issues because of the manufacturer's spec sheet as to size being wrong. I would both use them and recommend them to all. |
