First-they promised a free estimate on the phone and upon arrival the guy tried to get a $49 diagnostic fee. I refused. Second-They said they did work in my area but were located an hour away. Then as he was quoting the price to fix it he brought up his hour drive. No, not my problem. Third-I essentially diagnosed the problem myself. Then the price for a simple kitchen sink rod was outrageous - he wanted $300 - he got $250. But that's high for a rodding job. On the plus side, he was on time, polite and competent once the issue was diagnosed. He cleaned up after himself. I have had worse plumbers. I haven't found a better one yet.

The plumber arrived quickly and did a good job explaining the long term and short term fixes. I chose the short term as I plan to remodel within a year or two. I was very satisfied and would use them again.
